3. Modifications to the Terms
RACHP School reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this website after the modifications are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
4. Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment in any RACHP School program requires completion of the online application form and payment of the applicable fees.
Fees for each program are clearly displayed on the website. We accept various payment methods as listed on the website.
Payment constitutes your acceptance of the program fee and these Terms.
Terms of Booking: Cancellations & Transfers
We understand that circumstances can change. To keep our courses viable and fair to all learners, the following policy applies to all bookings:
- Substituting a Delegate (Free)
If you are unable to attend, you may send a colleague or friend in your place at no extra cost, provided you notify us via email( 14 days ) prior to the course start date.
- Rescheduling Your Date (Transfers)
If you need to move your booking to a future date, transfer fees apply based on how much notice you provide:
- 30+ days notice: Free of charge.
- 15–29 days notice: 25% of the course fee is payable to rebook.
- 0–14 days notice: 100% of the course fee applies.
- Why? At this late stage, your seat is considered “confirmed” and likely cannot be resold. Moving you leaves an empty seat that we have already paid to facilitate.
- Cancellations (Refunds)
If you wish to cancel your booking entirely without rebooking:
- 30+ days notice: Full refund (minus a £25 admin fee).
- 15–29 days notice: 50% refund.
- 0–14 days notice: No refund.
- Non-Attendance
Failure to attend the course without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full course fee. No transfers or refunds will be permitted retrospectively.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RACHP School or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content on this website without written permission from RACHP School.
